Paid for my room days prior to our stay, then was charged again when checking in. When i went down to talk to them not even 10 minutes into checking in when i checked my banking account they charged me for my room again (which was over $300). We want to thank Jeff for making all our efforts worth while. We stayed here the first time for IU orientation for our freshman. Jeff customer service is just exceptional. We are truly only staying here instead of the Hyatt because of him. Location is right by the football stadium and basketball gym. We love staying here it’s close and near everything. Also best place for breakfast is Lincoln square.
Stayed here for two nights. Hotel staff was friendly and receptive. Easy to address. Hotel restaurant wasn't open at all outside to breakfast. But inconvenience was cancelled with eggs to order. Room had dirty carpets, small spots of mold on the shower curtain, both shower and sink faucets didn't work well. Sink leaked from the base and flooded the counter. A/C worked although was a little loud. I didn't mind it though. Bed was comfortable and clean.
Bathroom tub apparently has a common issue of not draining however undisclosed until we went to shower. Phones didn’t work in the hotel so went down to the front desk to hear “this is a common issue”. Maintenance was very kind and quickly asked for us to be moved rooms realizing it was going to take longer. My question, why was a room with known problems provided?
