I booked 3 rooms for my employees, upon arrival the receptionist was new or in training therefore she had to confirm the credit card authorization with her supervisor and the way she spoke to her was very unprofessional. I was regretting asking her about the process. she smiled and was very pleasant. There were issues with room but she apologized and assisted as best she could. Horrible experience. Pot smoke infused lobby and hallways, groups of people looking like gangs and intimidating people in lobby and parking lot, blood stains on the carpet in the room, tv only had two or three working channels, took 1/2 hour to park because of a party booked in one of their meeting rooms
This is an okay place to stay. It needs a good scrubbing. The carpets in common areas are filthy. Get a rug cleaner in here. Updating the carpet would also work; it looks 30 years old. And, our AC unit sounds like a freight train. 🚆
Very unclean, phone number listed does not work, impossible to work with. Do not recommend.
The carpets in all the general areas are old and nasty… the breakfast area smelt of cleaning chemicals while trying to eat. The lobby / common areas were dark and unwelcoming even at 10 am. Location might force one to stay here if no other options are available.
