This hotel is in need of a major rehab. The halls, elevators and rooms are worn and dirty. I stayed in July and the stuffiness and humidity inside the building was terrible. The saving grace was the staff, very friendly.

Breakfast with my love was delicious and our stay was nice and clean and fresh! You girls are amazing….! Keep up the greatness! You all deserve the best life has to offer! The night time employee had some difficulties checking us in. I think he's a very special person. But maybe hotel concierge just isn't his thing. The rooms smell like they still allow smoking. The beds are extremely soft. AC unit is controlled on the unit even though there's thermostats on the wall. There ain't much for hotels to the south, but I kinda wished I drove a little further north.
Overall was a good experience. Did have an issue with the breakfast, or lack there of. Went down for breakfast at the time given (0630) sat there for about 15 minutes. The entire time the breakfast person was just sitting and talking with other hotel workers. Gave up at breakfast after this. Also TV and wifi were cut by accident during construction upgrades. Wifi was restored quickly but TV was down for 2 days. No notification when service was restored. With all this being said, my stay was pleasant. No issues with the room.
Rooms were satisfactory. Cable TV and wifi were out during my stay.
