If I could this place a -1 star review, I would. It’s disgusting and the showers in the accessible rooms don’t work. There are stains on the floors and furniture. It probably hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s, if that.
My husband and I are here on business. We came here last minute. Check out was simple. Our favorite was Cathy in breakfast. She made our morning. She was helpful, cheerful and came to check on us throughout. We stayed here a few months ago and wasn't sure about coming back... THIS LADY CHANGED THAT FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL! The hotel is reasonably clean but dated with some small repair issues. The accessibility is not bad but sub-par.
I usually stay at the holiday in express due to the great service I’ve alway had. I stayed at this holiday In this time and I was not impressed the service was nothing like the holiday in express the tv wasn’t working and then your required to pay for breakfast where at every other hotel I’ve had to stay at for work is including. Even the Hilton does require you to pay for your breakfast.
