I am sitting in a room now covered in tears wishing I could sleep in this room I paid 150 for... It's too hot when the AC is off but when it's on its very loud and only on for 5 minutes before going off again. So every five minutes I am woken up to it going off and on off and on...it's sat down as low as possible to try and keep it on but nothing at no temp will it stay on. I paid so much to not even sleep... Oh and no breakfast and their coffee machine in the room has not been cleaned in months. Avoid at all cost if you are... read more
Very nice people. AND REAL GOOD FOOD AND REAL NICE ROOMS.AND VERY CLEAN
Positives: visually nice property, good breakfast, kids under 11 eat free, visually clean, convenient location and an attentive staff. Negatives: Cigarette Smoke and "other" smoke smells throughout, including front entrance, elevator, hallways and bedding. Loud guests and visitors (people using the back entrance, no luggage and only there from 9pm until 2 am). Loud Room doors opening/closing up and down the hall, more smoke smells, music thumping, during those hours. I would not stay here again, even if it meant paying more ... read more
The hotel was fine big spacious rooms...down side no free breakfast have to pay at their restaurant....they are also remodeling....one elevator was broken....other wise clean friendly staff
