My husband booked a room at this hotel on February 13 through Booking.com. We were supposed to stay here from April 19 to 23. When we arrived on April 19, it turned out the hotel was closed. No one warned us about this, and no one answered the phone at the hotel, even though we had already paid! Couldn’t they have at least called or sent a message?
