I worked for a manager that had to have someone from the store call to wake her up so she could still come in two hours late. Her boyfriend is an assistant at that store came in 5 hours late for his shift stating he was really hung over. Liked to throw her weight around just because of a title. On July 4th 2025 I went to the Otsego MN store and purchased two quarts of 5W30 weight oil and then realized I needed 5W20 weight. I took the oil back in to do a simple even exchange. My experience was anything but simple. Alice the cashier was very difficult to deal with and finally gave up and yelled for the manager Kyle, "get up here, I can't deal with this lady anymore". The store in fridley Mn on 57th has got to the most poorly managed “convenience” store in the country!
I stopped in the station on crosstown and Highway 65 to pick up some Knox gas for my yard equipment when I hung up the pump, my receipt automatically popped out and I shoved it in my pocket after I got home. I always look at my receipts. Come to find out. I paid $18 plus for a deluxe car wash I went back up to the station. talk to the station manager And told him I didn't want the car wash he told me I had to push the button to get the car wash. The monitor doesn't work so you can't get your gas discount. They have been out of diet coke for over a month. 2 weeks ago 6 of their fountain flavors were out. Becoming a joke!
