If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom lives in this place. The office staff is rude and inattentive. They hire outside businesses, with employees who just happen to be related to the staff to do work, without consulting the residents. This is a problem when the plumber asks for hundreds of dollars these people, mostly elderly, cannot afford.
