I went there today 12-1-18 to look at a manufactured small house. The park is in a very nice wooded beachfront setting. I looked on the coast from Arcata to here, this is by far the nicest manufactured home community anywhere near this price range. All the residents I met were nice and friendly, the on site manager Katy is great to work with. The park has new owners and are working on improvements, including cement paving to address the mud and potholes. I'm buying here, so recommend it highly.
