These show the amount charged by the facility for services--insurance payments, write-offs, co-insurance, copays, etc. It is general accounting procedure (or GAP, as accountants refer to it) to always issue statements of account. The staff here is amazing!!
Holiday Heights is a wonderful, family oriented place. Every time I go to see my grandmother, the staff is so friendly and helpful. My grandmother said the cna are so sweet and consistent, full of compassion. A cute little home with a loving environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone , looking for a home for a family member.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Lazy workers, smell is horrible. I'm not sure why the have a call button. Takes hours to get to my mom at times. Had the nurse apologizing for it. What ever you do, do not! And I mean do not put your loved one in this place! Waiting on a transfer, luckily my mom has 7 of us and we are able to check her out for the day. Place is downright nasty
