This place should be shut down by the state. This place is a joke . They don't get the put up or help with anything for that matter don't do it.
This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen! The staff does not wear scrubs, you can’t tell who works there or not. They tell you that it’s against the law to have rails on the beds, so your loved ones end up lying on a cold floor for hours, it in fact is not against the law to have bed rails so they don’t fall out of bed. There are no fall alerts used. No bathrooms in the rooms. They bring in a potty chair for the bedridden. Disgusting! I bet half the people working there are not licensed properly. My dad had a brief stay at Holiday Heights. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond. I really appreciated their hospitality.
