My rehabilitation experience was positive. The staff demonstrated professionalism and provided attentive care. The meals were satisfactory, and medication management was consistently maintained. I established meaningful connections and intend to revisit the facility.
Turn over is so great , I swear if you sneeze they probably fire you here, I wish this was a joke or a lie but uh....😐 No
We are so grateful for the care our father received during his last time with us. The care and compassion of the staff is outstanding. The only reason for not giving a 5 star rating is the building itself. It was a military barracks before and the concrete walls are a little industrial. But the staff does everything they can to make it feel like a home.
This facility has not given my loved one any monthly statements. Additionally, they are not giving her her EOB's--explanation of benefit statements from her insurance companies. These show the amount charged by the facility for services--insurance payments, write-offs, co-insurance, copays, etc. It is general accounting procedure (or GAP, as accountants refer to it) to always issue statements of account. Imagine not getting a rental receipt from your landlord nor a statement from your lending institution or bank on your mort... read more
