Very nice and accommodating. Took their time and care to make sure it was the hair cut we wanted
wanted a trim and some expertise on how to style my wavy hair. instead got 7 inches cut off, and my hair ripped through grown-out nails for an hour. stylist started to apologize for her nails and then stopped herself mid sentence. didn’t even style. put it one product and sent me on my way with damp hair. i cried driving home. clearly the stylist didn’t know how to deal with any kind of texture and seemed checked out the whole time.
