Very friendly and helpful staff look after our needs every year when we holiday in Apollo Bay.
Save your card details and charge additionally, as per their liking! Complete privacy breach and fraudulent business. Don't resolve issues at properties. Contacted them multiple times on our stay and no issue resolution. Houses are dirty despite check-in times of 3pm (to "clean") but of course checkouts at 10am. Only accept positive reviews on their website so property ratings biased. Accuse renters of absurd property damage with NO proof?? The biggest scam. Truly steer clear. Disgusting thieves.
Provided a lovely stay in Skenes Creek. Had a big spider (can't beat nature) and the property managers were responsive when contacted and attended personally to ensure things are alright with us.
