Hannah took my change out the register and held it in her hand on top of the counter next to the drawer and said "have a good day!" Without giving it to me. I asked for my change and she laughed and said "oh yeah!" And handed it to me. Seems strange to take someone's change out of the drawer and then forget to give it to them, and forget you're holding it in your hand underneath the cash register....
Stopped going to this location. The guy that works the counter overnights on Fridays will ask for my ID for tobacco sales ( no big deal), but he never scans it. He looks at it real hard and hands it back. Typically, tobacco sales can not be processed at the terminal unless an ID is scanned. Maybe being apathetic ( yet not enough to not ask for the ID) , or just creepy. Nonetheless, if you're going to card me , that does it. Why pretend to card me?
The employees and managers where rude and disrespectful to us accuse us of stealing
The male owner Pulls items off shelf's doesn't pay for it and starts eating it, can the employees take things off the shelves and start eating it and not pay for it? Turn over rate is high , be respectful and professional and maybe ppl will stay hired.
Lovely red haired employee helped me with the car wash today at this location and now my car is sparkling clean!! (which it needed after a road trip). I always appreciate staff that are friendly and willing to help!! :D
