Nice & quiet!
I had an excellent experience working with Alex throughout my move-in process. She was friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate all of her help and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a positive leasing and move-in experience.
Sucks they close the pool randomly. It’s listed no life gaurd on duty, but won’t stay open passed office hours because no one wants to sit outside. Closed the first weekend it opened because of “low water temps” but keep in mind office is shortened hours or closed over the weekend. Then we receive a text message on June 1 that the pool will remain closed for the rest of the day because kids keeps throwing rocks in there. Get a camera and set it up outside. I just bought a home in Holiday Estates with the help of Alex. Alex is awesome!!! She has the best attitude and is such a great help.
If I could give Jo more than five stars I absolutely would! Working with her was a pleasure and far exceeded my expectations. Jo was very attentive to my family’s needs and that really helped me in choosing this community. I really hope to be able to work with Jo in the future and recommend everyone does so!
