My experience living here since January has been amazing ..the staff is courteous and understands your needs and very friendly.. I love the home that was selected for me and I have been getting mad raves on it and how well kept the community is..the maintenance crew is awesome as well..I appreciate the time they take to make sure your home is in excellent living conditions. I was in the office talking with Alexis asking some questions after a rain/wind storm when Scott over heard my questions about a possible leak. He came out of the office and answered a few of my questions and while he had a few minutes he went over to my trailer checked for a leak and was back before I was finished talking with Alexis and assured me there was no leak. I really appreciate both of them with their help.
Not completely happy. Like location but hate the set up. There are no car ports or parking lots. You have to park parallel next to your house. Houses are set too close together. Guests has to park in the lot next to the office and hike to your house if you live far. Sometimes neighbor's guests park in your spot! There was a fire a few weeks ago. The fire of one house grew and singed their neighbor's house. Internet service is not worth mentioning. Park manager Sandra or whatever her name is is not trustworthy. She lies to he... read more
Amazing all the mantienace show up quickly to Fix washer and other stuffs all solving problem quickly all its great functions! Thanks you for maintenances be quickly and no longer be wait! I’m really appreciate it everyone Thanks for Scott and other guy name is forgot mantienace for communication with me on text because they know I’m deaf, so they very friendly and helpful a lot everything is done :) I’m really pleasure of your guys!
