Absolute scammers. 15 days after departure, they charged us $575.00 for allegedly 'breaking a door handle' We have date/time stamped photographs taken on the night of check-in that prove this was an existing issue and a building defect, not damage. The door was unusable as any use of the door handle meant that the door furniture embedded into the door and damaged the door furniture cut-out.
