I will no longer be using this company. Not only have they lost some of my clothing, but they have also damaged items and refused to take responsibility or make it right. When I addressed the issue, I was treated dismissively, which was extremely frustrating—especially after being a loyal customer for years. I have since taken my business elsewhere. Horrible and the worst service. Ask for extra heavy starch and get very light starch. Shirts are wrinkly. . All while charging you extra heavy price. They make excuses as they ran out of starch. Oh, they tell you they will make it up the next time, but never do. Get told we can’t do that. Very poor quality and no pride in their business.
