I can't begin to say how horrible the customer service is. I applied for a visa for my daughter, its taking a little more than expected time. This isn't a big deal. I called to ask what process they have in place in case we run out of time. At which point, the person on the other end just became upset and scold me that she doesn't know and its not her problem.
