Horrible service depart I’m sure partly because their hands are tied by GM. GM customer service is a joke there are known issues with these vehicles that they are refusing to cover by Warranty because their BS test me come back with no findings. They will not dig into the issue further even if those particular tests can’t pin point the issue. I will never own another GM product once I get rid of my truck!
The service department is top notch. They are always welcoming when you show up and take care of business in a very timely manner.

Buying my car from Brent Mathews at Holiday Chevrolet in Whitesboro was so easy. All the staff were congenial and made every effort to assure that I was comfortable. I am impressed by the ease they created by putting all details of the sale onto a flash drive (no paperwork). So all I had to do was place it into my security box. You will not find nicer nor kinder people than this.
Oil change and tire rotation. With no appointment service took one hour!
