Jim and another technician showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and courteous to even help get our 3 dogs outside as I was tending to our 3 month old. Our carpets look like new and they are ready for our son to start crawling! We will be using them again!
If 0 stars was an option, that would still be being generous. We had our carpet cleaned on our stairs, hallway and 3 bedrooms. The two gentlemen that did the cleaning were very nice, I must admit that. But once the carpet dried, it looked exactly the same as it did prior to them cleaning. Not only that, but the carpet feels crunchy as well. We were so disappointed because we needed the carpet cleaned so we could put our nursery together!
