Jim P******* owner of Holiday Carpet Cleaning came out to do our carpet. He was very rude. I asked him to close our back doors, which were wide open, so our kitties won’t get out. He could have closed it up to his hose, but he would not. He told me he hasn’t lost a kitty in 35 years. He told me he was going to leave after they sprayed the carpet spots and then left us in a fix. His helper even told me he was “crabby”. This is no way to run a business!<br /> <br /> <br />

The worst carpet cleaning company Ive ever dealt with they constantly lie about the time They keep texting and saying that theyre running late then finally after waiting for three hours they showed ** in the turnaround packed everything up the truck and left no explanation and nothing else I would not recommend these people at all customer service is really poor and they rude spend your money somewhere else Save yourself the headache

They were very professional, on time, did the whole house in such a short time, and it looked great!!! Better than anyone else I have hired in the past! Very happy with their work and I will be calling them again ??
