I am an unlimited car wash member, and I had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the car wash system was not activated, so I went inside and spoke with an employee named Bush Ahia. She told me to come back later, but I explained that in the past, when the system wasn't working, I had been given a code to use the wash. She eventually gave me a code, but it was only for the basic wash, even after I explained that I pay for the Unlimited Wash membership.What upset me the most was what happened next.
