What an amazing team of people, my first point of contact Olivia was amazing in finding myself and friends the perfect property in Caloundra to enjoy our Easter weekend. She was so friendly and answered all my questions with great knowledge. On arrival, the keys were easily picked up and walking in the property was clean with fresh sheets! as recently been stun with poor cleaning elsewhere. We have had a great experience working with Holiday Caloundra. They have been very professional and understanding as we have navigated our way through setting up our property for holiday rental. Olivia has been easy to communicate with, provided pragmatic advice and been very responsive. They have been helpful every step of the way and we are sure the guests we host will have an equally wonderful experience.
What a great unit. Beautiful view, even on a cloudy day. Big shower, heaps of hot water. We had a lovely weekend. Thank you for making it so easy from booking to leaving.
We rented a unit through these guys. When we had a small issue with our air con, we made one phone call and they were very fast and friendly in getting it solved. If I owned a rental property I’d get this mob to manage it.
No after hours emergency service. We had two smoke alarms fake and called for help on their line. Got voicemail. Alarms chirping non stop. We called an electrician who said we need batteries. Purchased same and installed. Reported issue. When we checked out and asked to be reimbursed for our costs. They have note and are not replying to our emails
