I’m extremely frustrated with how my son and other high school students are treated at this location. My son walks here for lunch because it’s close to his school and he doesn’t have transportation. He is a paying customer and is always respectful, including leaving his backpack outside. Today he went in for lunch and a coffee. I frequent this gas station. They used to have good fountain drinks, now they are blah. Some of the employees are rude, specifically the two male managers. I am there much less these days. Follow up. I just asked about the flat fountain drinks. Apparently they fixed it. Still 2 star review. You should always be kind.
I was so excited to have a new car wash right by my house! I drove through today, paid for the Ultimate (most expensive one), drove 1/2 mile home and got out to inspect. Boy!! Was i disappointed!!! The back of my car was still filthy! It didn't clean it at all! I won't be going back.
Every time I go into this location, I always have a weird experience. They definitely treat younger individuals with less respect. The first year that they had opened, I was still in high school and decided to walk there for lunch since there isn’t anywhere else with reasonable walking distance to eat at without transportation. It seems that every time or every other time I get a diet Dr Pepper here that it is regular Dr Pepper and my children. I usually have them help me and they figure it out or they’ll say mom this isn’t diet Dr Pepper or I just don’t want to drink it because it’s like gross and I don’t know. This store struggles to get it right I have brought it up with employees and I’ve had employees make me feel really stupid and look at me like I am stupid, but just fix it get it together. It’s not rocket science.
