Those of you that know me know I’m in a wheelchair and also in heart failure and on 24 hour oxygen. I went to this gas station because I had to get air in the tires. Before I could even get my wheelchair out of the car the employee Anas came from inside the gas station and came over to help me fill up the tires. Then I couldn’t find my tire gauge so he went into the gas station and grabbed one for me and filled up all of my tires! He was really nice and it helped out so much and it made my day! There needs to be an issue corrected. Please educate the purple shirted manager or team lead who was working at 8:30 AM on August 11, 2023 on basic customer service skills. Instead of satisfying the customer with their request by correcting the the issue of the computer, she demanded the customer to buy a new product. No customer should have to buy a new product to have their request honored as guaranteed by the cashier. Please correct this issue as soon as possible. Once you do, I’ll change this review to a five star.
Nate and his team were awesome today! First free frazil Friday and 3 local elementary schools showed up at 1 after the last day of school. It was a zoo but these guys met the crowd with order and positivity!
I am so grateful that we have a local gas station that is clean and that has the best attendants! They are smart, kind, and always willing to help out. The service is fast, and even when they are busy, they are professional and swift in getting customers served.
I ran out of gas today in the driveway of the Herriman Holiday. I’m literally in this store everyday!! They came to my rescue and made me laugh at the same time!! I can’t express how grateful I am for all the employees of this location!! You are all so amazing
