The customer service here is nonexistent. They don’t greet you, they just tell you the price at checkout and play on their phones. When one of the fountain drinks was running clear after I let to run for a second, I told the employee. Instead of being courteous, he told me it’s been fixed previously even though it was clear on my end. He argued with me instead of just simply going to check. I work in customer service and I’m floored by the unsatisfactory service.

Absolutely awesome customer service at this place. I didn't realize there was free air attached to the car war and paid $2 for the paid one to fill up my tire only to have it not work and actually deflate my tire to 8 psi.. I let them know and they informed me of the free air, constantly apologized, put an out of order sign so others wouldn't experience the same, and then gave me a free ultimate car wash. Love it! Awesome customer service, hands down. I didn't get her name, but the receipt has the cashier name as "Stevie."

I would highly recommend thinking twice about using their carwash, I have been going back and forward with the area manager Shahin Kazemzadeh for now over a month or longer after it happened seeing as nobody reached out when their carwash garage door closed on my vehicle causing thousands of dollars worth of damage.... I’ve used Holiday for years with no issues. Sad your distributors are giving you a bad look by blocking your disabled customers from coming to your store.

Always close early, why bother having store operating hours if you’re not going to stick to them? This new crew of staff that got hired on last month are miserable, always giving the customer a hard time not wanting to do their job. Knock on the door 10-15m before close and they just tell you to bad. Extremely unprofessional. It’s to bad the previous staff all got fired or quit they actually cared about the customer. There’s plenty of gas stations/ convenience stores, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
