I still think about this 6 months later. A female employee yelling at me as I exit the store not buying anything do to rude customer service. She proved my point by following me out of the store yelling and cursing at me and my family. Mocking my parenting skills. Saying that we are banned from the store for not making a purchase. She then called someone on the phone. We will not be returning. We will go to a gas station that values our business. We'll drive further to a different gas station.
Holiday is hands down one of the best gas stations/convenience stops in the area. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of — which matters when you’re on a tight schedule. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. You can tell they actually care about customers, and that kind of service is rare these days.
