We had a flat tire on the 401 near Belleville on our brand new car with less than 170km… we were on the way to a wedding in Rhode Island and on a time crunch. After phoning the local dealership and 2 Canadian Tires that were unable to assist we were advised to call Holgate. They were incredible! Fast and friendly. No appointment. Still had done in less than a hour.
I am so impressed with them. I was in bad need of all season tires, I went to do my changeover and found out my current all seasons were too bald, no one would put them back on. I called Holgate wanting 4 affordable tires, and was able to get a set in 3 days. They told me to just come in (no appointment) and from the moment I walked through the door to pulling out of the parking lot, was no more than 35 minutes. Really great, fast, service and all the guys are so friendly.
