Great service, great machines, friendly staff. I witnessed them handle very tough customers in a Professional manner. Some people need to look in the mirror and take responsibility for themselves. This operation is top notch!
Awesome customer service. They have wonderful brand new Bentley pontoon boats. They gave us very informational instructions on how to operate the boat. Highly recommend holgate h20 sports for any vacation
HORRIBLE. My family made a reservation to rent a pontoon boat weeks in advance and we showed up and they didn’t have our reservation. They didn’t care that they screwed up our reservation and didn’t do anything about it and told us they didn’t have any boats! Horrible management that keeps reservations in a paper book with credit card numbers written down on it, now our credit card number is out there somewhere. Do NOT go here, they don’t care and will ruin your vacation.
