This gym is great . If you’re a bit nervous about attending a gym this one is less intimidating and now that I’ve been going since March with my mom and brother we have slowly been achieving the goals we are working hard for . The place is very clean and they host event sometimes for kids and teens to further inform them on being environmentally conscious, cultural events or recreational activities to better develop their skills as they grow up . The front desk workers are all very polite

Great option for work outs. Oy 45 per year for Garland residents and it has a full workout facility with lots of weight machines, treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals & lots of free weights & non machine options. The indoor walking track is nice & cool in the summer. Only downside is that it gets pretty crowded on Saturday & after 5 & it's not open Sunday. It can be loud in the summers with the basketball courts, so I bring headphones.
