From start to finish the Holeshot team was excellent. Some items had to be special ordered, Matt went above and beyond to make us a priority and have our items installed. His knowledge of products and services as well as customer service are unmatched.
In all reality, this review should be at one star, but the ONLY reason it is a two star is because they refunded me my money. I had taken my Polaris Ranger to get diagnosed for an idle issue. It was there for several days. They called me and said that they did a few things and it runs fine now and that the machine was ready for pick up. I arrived To pick up the machine, and I quickly realized that the idle issue was still present. Service department was excellent. Bike was there for 3 weeks for warranty service. Received updates every week of the progess. Beats the hell out of Savanah
We specifically purchased the extended warranty on my boyfriend’s Indian Roadmaster because we wanted peace of mind if any issues ever came up. Shortly after purchase, my boyfriend had higher handlebars installed by the dealership. He immediately noticed the front brake line had been crimped during the installation and was rubbing against the dash plastic. He brought the motorcycle back the very next day to have it addressed.
