I want to thank Big Dave for being professional with helping us out at the demo ride today. He gave us details about the bikes we were interested in and made sure were comfortable with the bikes we tested.
It’s hard to find words to express how good the customer service is. Despite many setbacks in the process (almost all on my end) they kept finding ways to solve problems even if it was only beneficial to me and not them. I really felt their main goal was helping me rather than just making a sale like I’ve felt with other dealers. Big Dave feels like a friend now, not just a salesman. I called on a Saturday and talked to Big Dave about a slingshot. I drove 8 hours that Tuesday morning to pick it up since he had exactly what I wanted. Customer service was top tier and his knowledge of the slingshot made me feel comfortable with my purchase. There was no pressure from him to buy from Holeshot and the process was fast and easy.
