We had high hopes for Jonathon and his company, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. Our backyard was a muddy mess, and despite their promises, their ideas didn’t solve the problem. The transformation we expected never happened—it still looks unkempt and poorly done. The team lacked professionalism at times and was difficult to communicate with.
