We would like to thank Kylie at the Glen for her help in choosing a new engagement ring to replace my original ring that had sadly lost the diamond after 42 years. She helped us find a very similar style and organised for the ring to be resized. We were very happy with the service offered. On recommendation, we are also having the original wedding ring re coated to match the shine on the new ring.
Kylie & the team at Holdsworth Jewellers (The Glen) were fantastic in assisting me choose the right engagement ring for my partner. I deliberately selected a ring that was a little bigger than the size I thought it was. After proposing a resizing was required which was an easy process achieved by Holdsworth within a week.
