I went in several days ago to get my engagement ring resized, and ended up going to KT jewelry (also located in the Glen) due to the experience I had in store. The sales assistant did not seem to know if they did silver ring resizes, and also cited the fact that the gemstone was not real ruby (my ring has lab made stones in it) as the core reason they could not provide the resizing.
