My dad loves living there. They really do watch out for the people living there as well. Maintenance crew is amazing as well
I am on the HHA board of directors in Holdrege Nebraska and am enjoying it. I am biased and the five stars should tell you that. Good founds crew, good office crew, good tenant base. I wouldn't take a vacation here. The theme park fell through six years ago and we lost the Hamburger Inn.
I personally don't know anyone that lives there. Residents look happy when they're outside walking. Grounds look very nice.
