Received my first delivery today - Mike and the team were wonderful - kind and extremely helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for phenomenal service.
I have the need for a 100 lb tank to use for my fireplace. I have waited over a year to have the service scheduled. Holding Oil ran a hard inquiry credit report and should have found that I have an excellent credit rating and history, however they refuse to schedule or contact me about scheduling my installation and service. RecommendedSupport local businesses! I get my propane grill tanks filled here and they ALWAYS last longer than the exchanges you get at from the grocery stores, Lowes/Homedepot etc. And the folks are super friendly, too!
We just built a new home near Bunn and needed propane service. After doing a lot of research, we called Holding Oil & Gas after reading some great reviews. These reviews were spot-on accurate. Their customer service has been exceptional; very friendly and helpful. When they learned that the tank we wanted was on back-order, John and his team installed a temporary, smaller tank so that we could use our gas oven/range. I love this company every time I've called them they are very nice, when I've gone in it's the same way. Today the guy that came and filled my tank was great! He explained everything to me!
