don't bother with this place. most* of the staff have just treated me like shit and the service is just awful. go anywhere else literally never write reviews but this place is that awful

Don’t usually write reviews but thought I’d make an exception. We booked in to get a vaccination and they said the vaccine was coming in that day (Monday and our appointment was Wednesday) I followed up on Tuesday and I think her name was Sophie was very nice and said that the supplier had promised it would be in Wednesday morning. 9am Wednesday I get a call from a different girl on the desk (from other reviews I wouldn’t mind betting it was Robyn, but can’t be sure) telling me the vaccine will not be arriving and that I’ll ... read more
Staff are all friendly and professional. Ive never had to wait long for my appointments with Dr Rose who always provides fantastic service.
