Thank you to the ladies, reception and Dr Young for compassionate treatment and service. I get the delay situation...if a patient comes for a consultation, there are so many unknowns (from the docs perspective) but that someone takes the time to advise, listen and write down instructions for patient, to me is a testament of true care.
