The staff are very knowledgeable. They make the mattresses themselves right there in their own facility. So they were easily able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I bought a mattress from Holder a few years ago and I'm glad to be buying another from them now. Jonathan Fields gave me a good price on a great mattress.
