My parents bought a mattress a few years ago at the Muncie store. They had issues with the material inside mattress. Holder restuffed the mattress. Again, they were having issues with it. Holder ended up giving them a new mattress at no charge to them with no questions or hassles. We appreciate that you stand behind your product and take care of the customer. Co-Owner Mark was very accomodating, helpful and a good listener. I purchased a queen set and then quickly went back for a double set as well. Can't beat a flippable mattress. Delivery men were prompt. Highly recommend.
