I can’t remember if it was the second or third time that we have bought mattresses there, but you guys did an excellent job collectively, making the mattresses to our specifications and letting my wife and I try everything out, and now since this is my 5th surgery with my arms, I need a replacement two sided mattress. My parents bought a mattress a few years ago at the Muncie store. They had issues with the material inside mattress. Holder restuffed the mattress. Again, they were having issues with it. Holder ended up giving them a new mattress at no charge to them with no questions or hassles. We appreciate that you stand behind your product and take care of the customer.
