If I could give zero stars, I would. My problems started when I brought my 2016 Ford F-350 in to have the power steering pump replaced. The pump was replaced, but it never worked properly. I had to bring the truck back two additional times, and each time I was charged again. The explanation I was given was that NAPA Auto Parts provided a bad pump—which would mean three bad pumps in a row, something I find extremely hard to believe. I bought a vehicle from the owner Carl Holder. He allowed me to make payments,but never did the repairs charged in the invoice and when the vehicle was paid off and I reached out to get the title signed and lean removed he completely ghosted me. I've reached out to him several times over the past few months and he at first gave me the run around and then he completely ignored me all together. In the process of taking him to court for this. Speaking to the DMV ENFORCEMENT division today.
