I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. The time to get an appointment is a month to two months, but being on time (just a few minutes early) I didn't have to wait in the waiting room at all. All my health screening concerns were addressed/tested and paying out of pocket, the fees and options were explained to me clearly before consenting to each. Dr. Jay LaValley has been my Optometrist for almost 30 years now. So when he stopped seeing patients in Henryetta of course I followed him to Holdenville. Yet today, for my first appointment there, after receiving 5 text messages in 3 days reminding me of my appointment, driving over 38 miles in 45 minutes, and missing a half day of work, I was told after checking in that I wouldn’t be seeing Dr. LaValley, but another doctor! The little girl running the desk is arguably one of the rudest and most disrespectful ladies I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve never had to leave a bad review before but I’ve got to this time. My fiance will be finding a new eye doctor.
