I have been here 2 time I asked for a nurse to do my shots so I got Monica she was very nice my first visit in La Mesa . Second time in Mission Valley Monica again. July 3 was the second time. I tryed calling the office which no one ever answers and I left a message, I asked for Monica to phone me back . 2days later the office called back I was upset because they said can I help you . Witney at the LaMesa location is an absolute angel! This my first ever injection experience and she was so professional and kind. She was thorough in her explanations, held a high standard of cleanliness, was so professional, gentle, and patient. She made me feel so comfortable. She has excellent active listening skills and gives great realistic feedback. If you are thinking about, or have been debating, HTB is the place to go! You will not be disappointed! There are several locations all over SD. I went to the one in La Mesa and saw Lauren Gray.
