Calm and caring counseling, but left after using 12 mental health plan sessions just as directionless and anchorless as i arrived. Maybe that's normal? But it seems weird how society, and the crazy high price tag, and the five star ratings, venerates psychologists as having some kind of super special skills? I feel like if they charged more like other health workers eg. nurses social workers or gps do i would feel like that fair deal and a more reasonable expectation.
