Absolutely loved everything about the experience. Called and found I didn’t need an appointment for an estimate. Got an estimate that same day from Kevin. Was able to work with the shop on dropping my vehicle off for vacation. When I got the car back, I mentioned that I wished to have asked for the expired commuter lane stickers to be removed, and the manager, Clint, took it back and had it done. Great service.
We had a wonderful experience at Holden. Kevin was super helpful and walked me through the process, as it was my first time going through insurance and needing body work done on my vehicle. Raylee in the front office was very helpful, professional and kind. She was able to answer my questions and give updates as they were available. Had my 2012 Lexus ISF repaired here after a major front right collision with a deer. Their work brought it back to looking brand new. The paint match was great and with how damaged my car was after the hit you couldn’t tell anymore after the quality of repair Holden did for me. I’ve now had two vehicles repaired and detailed by Holden Collision Center, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
