My mom went here to get checked due to a long standing flu like illness and ended up seeing Stephanie Richardson. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, and the whole experience was very rushed. Stephanie insisted that it was a sinus infection without any x rays to rule out lung infection and the patient was rushed out the door carelessly. Terrible experience.
The office staff is rude and unwilling to be helpful. I can't offer an opinion about the medical staff. The appointment I scheduled months ago was just canceled.
