Absolutely incompetent and irresponsible. I confirmed a service appointment 3 times, including the morning of, all for them to no show and not even call me. And instead of doing the right thing, owning the mistake and sending a technician over, they half heartedly apologized and said there was nothing they could do. So much for customer service. This place won’t be in business much longer with lousy service like this. Just plain wrong.
