As a new patient, I was well received and my concerns were answered. Dr. Novack was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained various alternatives to treat my dental problems. The staff were very friendly and I found that everything was kept clean and comfortable.
I did have to wait a fair amount of time for my appointment which to me is not a big deal for quality service. That being said I did receive quality service the staff is great and very caring thank you Holden Dental.
Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Was seen right at my appointment. Both Jen and Dr. Novak communicated clearly and made me feel very comfortable. Deductibles/payments for future services were explained in depth and referral appointment was made by the staff which was very helpful and appreciated. Very impressed and look forward to continuing my dental care here.
