Absolutely appalling customer service. I called Hold My Knots three times beginning at 11:00 a.m. because I wanted to place a substantial catering order for five dozen slider knots—just the knots. Each time, I was told I would receive a call back with a quote. No one bothered to call me until 6:00 p.m When he finally called, he told me they do not sell the garlic-knot sliders by themselves. This place is the bessssssst!!! Seriously I can't get enough of it and I live an hour away but make the trip just for it!! Get the CBR slider and the stuffed pepperoni garlic knot. Your life will be changed forever in the best way.
