Took my 1998 bravado into the shop on Oct 30, 2024 and it was ready Nov 1st, 2024. It was a computer system issue in my transmission. They did a wonderful job on it and had it fixed in a timely manner and it is running great. Mr. Dennis and his wife and the whole staff was so very nice and pleasant and professional. Thank you all for treating me so nice and helping me.
RecommendedI was recommended to go to Holcomb by a friend of a friend. BEST DECISION EVER! The front desk lady was very nice and through when checking me in, making sure she knew the whole story with my truck. Dennis Jr was who I talked with over the phone. He is very knowledgeable and call when he says he is going to call. His staff are polite and shop is organized. I was very comfortable leaving my truck. Holcomb service took care of my problem with my F-150, got me back on the road in a timely manner , can't say enough about the professionalism received from the owners and the technicians, I highly recommend them
Can't say enough awesome things about the people at Holcomb's! My husband and I are so grateful to have found such trustworthy and kind mechanics to bring our vehicles to. Dennis Jr. has been a lifesaver on a number of occasions when our family vehicle suddenly put me and our 3 small kids in a real bind. They worked diligently and in a super timely manner to get our family back on the road again. Will be recommending them to ALL of our friends!
Great service and a level of customer support not found in most places today.
