Prosper Riverdale Apartments is now a great place, Manager Anderson is a great person and he will help with anything even if you're a former resident who has a package mailed to old apartment by mistake. He will secure it at anytime
Good place to live the view is beautiful. This new office guy Andrew is so nice and friendly. He actually cares about the community and the ppl. He’s actually one of my favorite with all the office people in 3 years.
Horrible place. Managers talk a lot but don’t do anything they say. No hot water. Dirty apartment. Garbage everywhere in the driveway, in the bushes, in the driveway. Get everything in writing. Steer clear of Andrew and John. You. Will. Get. Screwed. Good luck to anyone unfortunate enough to sign a lease.
