Dr. Holcombs nurse called and said he had to be paid or would turn me away the morning of my procedure. Even though they billed my BCBS. So I had to pay out of pocket cash. Week later I found out BCBS paid it. I called to get my money back and it took over 2 months. I believe that to be highly unprofessional and unethical for him to demand payment and take his sweet time to reimburse me. Now 6 months later I get a bill for labs from his office, billed thru Memphis Tn.. for something BSBC already paid.
Been good so far. Have had lot issues with esophagus and stomach issues. He gets me in fast with problems and tries find solution to help. Been seeing him for few years.
Dr. Holcombe and Tiffany Patterson are the best! They have been helping with getting things back on track for me. They are very concerned and compassionate about their work. I recommend
DR. HOLCOMBE ALMOST KILLED ME, PUT ME IN A COMA FOR A WEEK ,MY FAMILY HAD ME TRANSFER TO BIRMINGHAM TO GET ME THE HELP I NEEDED. HE HAS A POOR BEDSIDE MANNER LIKES TO PUT YOU DOWN IN FRONT OF STAFF. I AM A NURSE AND NEVER SEEN SUCH CURLTY AND UGLINESS FROM A DOCTOR."
