This Quarry has been found to have extremely high levels of sulfate, making it unsuitable for recreational use, as well as high levels of asbestos found by SA Water. Please do not swim here or bring ur family to swim here.
skip the other 3 waterbodies near the road, what you are looking for is the biggest body of water deep in the park. we had trouble looking for it and took 2-3 hours to figure out with help from the locals. once there, the water is pristine and so refreshing. so worth the walk
