Worst service for a concrete pour I have had in 18 years as builder. Full of excuses that ruined our concrete pour. As a foreman I will tell every builder commercial and residential that I know to never rely on Holcim. They lie the whole time.
What a joke.. we gave you a months notice for a concrete pour for a an extremely architectural OFF form concrete house , we couldn’t stress enough that the truck service had to be consistent as it would be finished concrete product.. We waited minimum over one and a half hours between trucks when we ordered for 15 minute intervals, constant lies from the employees when we called up asking where the trucks where, When we did finally receive concrete it was lumpy and practically dried instantly in a pump truck and a boom truck... read more
