Really upsetting experience. I was in pain and called several times over two days, but they kept saying they were only dealing with emergencies, even though I clearly needed help. I got emotional and was crying on the phone (I didn’t swear or say anything abusive - the strongest thing I said was that the situation was ridiculous), and the next day I ended up in A&E. I don’t normally write reviews, but after repeated poor experiences at this GP practice, I feel compelled to share my concerns. The attitude and behaviour of some of the reception staff, particularly the younger members of the team, is simply not acceptable for a healthcare setting. Incompetent staff. Need be call for 3, 4 time for prescription or appoiment. The lady from reception verry arogant.

So far have had an excellent experience. Got triaged on the phone by the reception and a nurse and they were very efficient. Been having some investigations done and had bloodwork taken with a nurse called Fiona. She was lovely to chat to and so quick. Next saw Dr Boswell for further investigations and have a referral. She's very thorough and patient. A great team. Thank you.

Can't fault the doctors. Every appointment I've had has been very professional. One of the reception staff, however, is very rude and deliberately difficult.
