Fantastic shop , been in business 51 years
I was able to buy the speakers I wanted at as good a price as was on offer anywhere, including internet. Staff offered to deliver, knowledgeable about products, happy to chat about options and alternatives.

Bought a speaker for £1,400 and made an email enquiry about the warranty, which went ignored. When I called up and brought this to someone’s attention it was a tone of “well the warranty is with the brand so… is that all clear?” instead of any acknowledgment that no one had returned my email.
