I was able to buy the speakers I wanted at as good a price as was on offer anywhere, including internet. Staff offered to deliver, knowledgeable about products, happy to chat about options and alternatives.

Bought a speaker for £1,400 and made an email enquiry about the warranty, which went ignored. When I called up and brought this to someone’s attention it was a tone of “well the warranty is with the brand so… is that all clear?” instead of any acknowledgment that no one had returned my email. Having further questions about the product once it had arrived, I called up to ask about how to use and again, was met with a “well this version speaker doesn’t come with that feature” as if I’m to have more superior knowledge without h... read more

Great customer service from Sam at Holburn Hifi Aberdeen. Spent a pleasant Saturday morning listening to a few speakers in their listening room with my power amp that Sam rigged up for me. There was no pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice and time to appraise the options. They had a pair of pre-owned B&Ws in near mint condition which were a great match with the amp, sounded fantastic and a good price too. Sam even delivered them to us midweek. Very happy, many thanks guys!
